1. What quality grades of bags do you sell in your store?
As a reliable seller, we guarantee that our bags are available in two grades: high-grade and top-grade.
Our store mainly sells "high-grade" bags, but we also have some "top-grade" bags (mainly including brands such as LV, Chanel, and Hermès).
Generally, "high-grade" bags are very close to the original, and it's difficult for ordinary people to tell the difference. The workmanship, original leather, and hardware are very similar to those in official stores, which is why the price range is between $240 and $350. Customers with higher quality requirements can choose "top-grade" bags.
Everyone has different needs, so please choose the bag grade that suits your needs. We guarantee that we will never ship randomly.
2. Payment and Security
We have many long-standing factory supply chain resources. Currently, we specialize in overseas business, and our sales largely depend on repeat customers. To protect our customers' rights, we currently prioritize providing PayPal payment channels, and we will switch to multiple payment channels later. 4. US Customs Duties

5. How long will it take to receive my package?
Preparation takes approximately 2-3 days. Because all orders are processed in a queue, and each order must undergo strict inspection before shipment.

6. Is the packaging discreet?
